HP Office JetPro 8710 Ink Replacements


  • Turn On your computer and click the Start button.
  • Search for HP on the Personal Computer and then select the name of your Officejet Pro 8710 printer, else open the HP Solution Center software. Choose the Maintain Your Printer option if required.
  • Now the ink levels get displayed on your screen. If you are using a Mac device, select the Apple icon and click System Preferences.
  • Choose the Print & Fax, Printers & Scanners, and Print & Scan option.
  • Click the name of your HP Officejet Pro 8710 printer from the list of available devices and select Options & Supplies, and then click the Supplies tab to see the ink levels. If the ink levels inside the cartridges, change the same as soon as possible.
  • You can obtain the replacement cartridge from the authorized HP Store or trusted sellers.
  • Make sure the new cartridges are compatible with your Officejet Pro 8710 printer.
  • Raise the cartridge access door and check if the carriage inside your HP printer moves to the replacement area.
  • Take the old cartridge out of your printer.
  • Remove the new compatible cartridge out of the package and use only the black plastic on it.
  • Handle the cartridge by its sides and with color circle facing you.
  • Push the cartridge in the forward direction until it fixes into place.
  • Ascertain the letter on the ink cartridge matches the letter present on the slot.
  • Carry out the above instructions for installing the other cartridges.
  • Lower the ink cartridge access door.
  • The HP Officejet Pro 8710 aligns the printhead, and then an alignment report gets printed automatically.
