This appears to be an issue with either the condition of paper or faulty cartridges. You can overcome this issue easily by checking whether paper that is compatible with the printer is loaded in the input tray. Ascertain that the paper width guides are adjusted such that they fit the paper. If not, restack the paper properly and place it back inside the input tray by tapping the paper on a flat surface. Turn on the printer by gently pushing the power button. Now, wait until the warmup period commences and detach the power cord from the wall outlet.
