Check if you have installed regular ink cartridges into your HP printer. Have you enrolled your printer for the Instant Ink program? If you have subscribed for the Instant Ink service, follow the steps that are provided here. Confirm the connection status of your printer on the HP Instant Ink account site. Try setting a manual IP address for your HP Envy 5660 printer . Get the IP address of your device by touching the Wireless icon on the front panel of the HP printer. Get the printer’s Embedded Web Server Page by typing the IP address on any web browser and then tap the Enter key on your keyboard. Now navigate to the Network tab and click the General option . Choose Network Protocols and then select the Enable IP V4 Only option. Click OK to save the changes and then move to the Network tab again. Select Wireless (802.11) and then click Network Address (IP V4) . Choose the Manual IP Address option and the address gets filled up automatically.
