There could be various reasons behind the Officejet 4655 printer not printing issue.
Before trying out other steps, let us do a root uninstall and then reinstall the printer software. If you have connected your printer using a USB cable, remove it before doing the uninstallation.
From your Windows Search box, look for Programs and Features and open it.
Select HP Officejet 4655 and click Uninstall.
Now, open Devices and Printers and search for HP Officejet 4655. If you find the printer in the list, right-click on it and select Delete or Remove Device.
Press the Windows & R keys together to open the Run command.
Now, enter the command printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on the Drivers tab and search for HP Officejet 4655 printer driver.
When you find it, click on it and then click Remove, which is visible at the bottom.
Now click on OK and Apply, and then click OK on the Print Server Properties window that is opened currently.
Close the Devices and Printers window.
Press the Windows symbol and the letter R on the keyboard together to open the command window again.
Key in c:/programdata and click OK.
Go to the HP folder on your computer and remove the related files or folders from it.
Now reboot your computer and then restart it.
Another solution to perform if your printer does not print is, doing a hard reset to it. If it prints a blank page, then check whether the ink cartridges setting is proper.
You can even remove the ink cartridges and reinsert them to check if you can print.
