HP Envy 7640 printer issue [solved]
I purchased an HP Envy 7640 printer, I try to scan documents or photos wirelessly, but the printer prints fine but message displays check the connection between your printer and system. It can be due to connection issues.After referring to various solutions, read through the instructions to complete the process. If there is no proper communication between the devices, the problem may occur. Check the network connection between the printer and system. If the Hp Envy 7640 printer is connected to a wireless network, set the computer and printer close to a router for better signal strength. You need to create TCP/IP Port on the printer. Try to print a Configuration page to obtain the printer’s IPv4 address. Tap the Wireless icon on the printer’s control panel to access the IP address.
